Product Introduction

The so-called vacuum drying refers to heating and drying the material to be dried under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, creating a vacuum state in the working chamber and accelerating the drying rate.

The theory of vacuum drying indicates that:

1. When the heating temperature is constant and the vacuum degree is increased, the drying rate can be accelerated;

2. When the vacuum degree is constant, increasing the heating temperature can accelerate the drying rate;

3. By increasing both the vacuum degree and heating temperature, the drying rate is greatly accelerated.

If a condenser is used, the evaporated solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser, which is a commonly used drying equipment.

Characteristics of vacuum drying oven:

1. The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, thus saving the heat transfer area of the evaporator;

2. The heat source for evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam;

3. The heat loss of the evaporator can be reduced;

4. Suitable for drying thermosensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration at high temperatures;

5. Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process;

6. It belongs to a static vacuum drying oven, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.

The low-temperature vacuum drying oven is designed with a through flow drying rack, which can be removed. Based on the principle of hot air rising, it fully utilizes the heat conduction of each layer of drying rack tubes to accelerate the drying of materials. And it can make slight free swinging on the entire sealing surface to improve the sealing effect and achieve the vacuum degree inside the box, so that the materials can quickly vaporize and dry at a lower temperature environment.

1. Vacuum drying oven:

According to different production requirements, vacuum drying ovens can be used304-2B stainless steel plate production. There are three sight glasses in front and behind the oven for easy observation of material drying conditions. There are vacuum gauges and thermometers in front, as well as a disinfection port for disinfection and protection of materials before or during the middle and later stages of drying. Disinfection gas and protective gas are optional by the user. During the disinfection process, the vacuum pump and vacuum valve must be turned off. After the disinfection is completed, the disinfection port must be closed; Only then can the vacuum pump be turned on and the vacuum valve be opened to evacuate. There is a steam inlet (or hot water outlet) on the oven, and a drain interface (or hot water inlet) and a sewage outlet are located at the bottom of the oven. For materials with high moisture content during the drying process, a large amount of accumulated water will be generated in the device body, forming secondary evaporation and slowing down the drying speed. Our factory can produce sewage storage tank accessories for users to overcome the above drawbacks. After the drying is completed and the materials are removed, the sewage can be discharged.

2. Drying rack inside the oven:

3. Condenser:(User provided separately)

The function of the condenser is to recover the solvent in the vacuum extraction pipeline, and its heat exchange areaDepending on the specifications, models, and sizes(≥ 3 ㎡), the lower interface is connected to cold water, the upper interface is for water outlet, one end on both sides is connected to a vacuum drying oven, and the other end is connected to a storage tank. The function of the storage tank is to store recycled solvents, which can be made according to the materials required by the user. The storage tank is equipped with vacuum suction inlet and outlet, solvent discharge valve port, vent valve port, and night level meter.

Please refer to the technical data for the selection of vacuum pumps. Suitable vacuum pumps can be selected based on the boiling point, evaporation rate, and drying requirements of the material. However, in the absence of solvent recovery, due to the presence of a large amount of water vapor in vacuum pumping and dehumidification, water ring vacuum pumps or water jet pumps should be selected as the principle.

Electric control panel:(Steam heating does not need to be equipped)

Mainly used for automatic temperature control circulation of hot water, temperature control of oven heating rack, temperature digital display setting, vacuum pump, hot water pipeline pump, condenser, cold water circulating water pump Waiting for manual and automatic control.
